Competition Team

For our members who want to take a deeper dive into learning & practicing ballroom dancing every week, please consider trying out for competition team!

Auditions

Held at the beginning of every Fall semester, auditions are a way for us to meet & dance with new potential members!

No experience required!
No partner required!

Weekly Practices

Team members will be expected to put in more time than only participating in club:

~3 hours of group practice every week
Focus on 1-2 new dances every year

Competitions

The team generally attends 1-2 competitions per semester. Competitions we've attended in the past several years:

Performances

In addition to competitions, our team has several opportunities to perform choreography in a variety of venues & on-campus events:
